Reporting and organizing your interview insights is super important as you are able to see the common patterns and make conclusions.

  • In order to report a customer interview, use the Test Cards you prepared before to systemize your findings on each assumption you tested
  • Write down key takeaways and key observations you made: what has stood out? what was an unexpected outcome of the talk?
  • Try to be as objective as possible and look out for confirmation bias: it is important to look for differences, rather than try to prove your point.
